The Village at Donelson Farms is
located just south of exit 25 on I-40.
If you are coming from I-40, take exit 25 onto Airline Road and go south. Take the turn onto Donelson Farms Pkwy and continue until you see the sign for The Village at Donelson Farms, located across from Donelson Elementary School.
If you are coming from the south, take Airline Road north until you reach Donelson Farms Parkway. Take the turn onto Donelson Farms Pkwy and continue until you see the sign for The Village at Donelson Farms, located across from Donelson Elementary School.

The Campbell
The Campbell plan greets you with a 10ft tall Foyer that opens to a large Great Room and open Kitchen with a Dining Area. The Primary Bedroom boasts tray ceilings and a Bathroom with two spacious closets.
This plan offers 2 bedrooms down and 1 up with both a Recreational/Bonus Room upstairs. There is an option for a friend’s entry and side porch off of the garage as well as many options to enlarge different rooms and add customized details.
The Kate
The Kate plan stands out with its offset front doors and covered porch. The front doors lead straight into a 2 story foyer that opens up into a gallery and Great Room with 10ft ceilings. This plan offers 2 bedrooms down and 2 bedrooms up with a large recreational room.
You can truly make this plan your own with over ten different options, including options to enlarge many of the spaces, add an outdoor living fireplace and a media room with refreshment center, and to convert one bedroom into a work from anywhere room.
The Saylor
The Saylor plan offers a large front porch and 2 story foyer in the entrance. The Great Room has 10ft ceilings and opens to a large kitchen and dining room. As an added bonus there is an option for a raised pet station in the laundry center and a sitting area off of the primary bedroom.
This plan has 8 options for customizations including, but not limited to: adding a flex office just off the entry, adding a bathroom to the upstairs media center, and adding a sitting area to the primary bedroom.
The Whitmore
The Whitmore plan offers 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms with a recreational room. As you walk into this home you will enter a grand foyer that opens up to a Great Room with 9ft ceilings and an open kitchen. This plan offers 3 bedrooms down and the second floor holds the fourth bedroom as well as a large recreational room.
You can truly make this plan your own with over ten different options, including options to enlarge many of the spaces, add an outdoor living fireplace, sliding glass doors, or even convert a bedroom into a work from anywhere room.
The Ashford
The Ashford plan opens into a 2 story foyer as well as a large great room with a recessed ceiling and spacious open kitchen. There are 2 bedrooms downstairs as well as a peaceful outdoor living space.
Upstairs you will find additional bedrooms as well as a recreational room that can double as the fifth bedroom.
The Mabry
The Mabry plan offers over 3,000 square feet of gorgeous living space. Entering in through the foyer, the home opens up to a Great Room and combined Kitchen/Dining area. The primary bedroom is on the first floor, and boasts double closets and a double vanity
