The Braden
The Braden plan opens into a foyer with 11ft ceilings and a Dining room with tray ceilings to the right. The Great Room boasts 11ft ceilings and opens to the outdoor living space as well as the kitchen and breakfast nook.
This plan offers 2 bedrooms down and 2 up with both a Bonus Room and Recreation Room upstairs as well. There is an option for a friend's entry and side porch off of the kitchen, a triple garage, and much more.
The Conner
The Conner plan offers 2 bedrooms down with an open concept kitchen, dining room, and great room. Bedrooms 3 and 4 are upstairs along with a generously sized recreation room.
